Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout). Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.


Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as we begin processing immediately. Please double check your information before submitting your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [shopkayluxecos@gmail.com] with your order number, a photo, and description of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages-

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest assistance.
